It's sunflower time again and I find myself drawn to the beautiful yellow fields. I also find myself in a painterly mood and I have finished these with a new software program from JixPix. If you've been following my blog for a while, you'll know that I really believe that only part of the fun is in getting the image. The rest of the enjoyment is in making the image mine, rather it be with software or with creative ways of capturing the image.
One of the questions photographers get asked about their images-" is that the way it looked when you captured that ? " I seldom get asked that question. I believe the the camera and the software are just tools to get me to the final result. I never represent my images as "journalistic "- they are what I want them to be .
I hope you enjoy my journey into the photographic world and have fun with me. Have a great week and as always- thanks for stopping by.
Beautiful work with the sunflowers. I really like your post processing work and the background softness is extraordinary.
